Version: 21 October 2026 · Territory: Republic of Ireland.
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Ireland My Green Diamond website and purchases made through the brand’s official channels. By browsing the website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read these terms, without prejudice to mandatory rights granted to you under Irish and EU law.
If you do not agree with the applicable terms, do not use the website to place an order. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict a consumer’s statutory rights where such rights cannot legally be excluded or restricted by contract.
2. Trader identity and official contacts
Ireland My Green Diamond is a brand within the Noropa Travel group and is established in Ireland. The brand operates digitally and does not maintain a public-facing physical shop or customer collection office. All orders and customer enquiries are handled through the website and official digital contact channels.
Brand: Ireland My Green Diamond
Group: Noropa Travel
Business operation: Established in Ireland; digital-only operation with no public-facing shop or customer collection office.
Official email: sales@irelandmygreendiamond.ie
Official WhatsApp: +353 85 737 23 47
Use these contacts for order, payment, delivery, return, licensing and complaint enquiries. Be cautious of messages or payment details supplied by third parties. Confirm any proposed change to payment details through an official contact channel.
3. Products, descriptions and images
Ireland My Green Diamond designs and sells printed greeting cards and other design and stationery products, which may include prints, logos, luxury boxes, packaging and personalised items, depending on the available range.
Website photographs and images are intended to represent the products. We aim to present them accurately, but their appearance on screen may vary depending on the device, brightness, colour settings, paper, printing and manufacturing process. Printed products may show minor variations in colour, cutting, finish or positioning, provided these do not amount to a material lack of conformity or contradict the agreed description or specifications.
Please check the description, dimensions, quantity, finish, price, address and delivery option before confirming an order. For additional reassurance, you may request further product photographs or videos through our official email or WhatsApp, where available.
Manufacturing variations do not remove your statutory rights if a product is faulty, not as described, unsuitable for an agreed purpose or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
4. Orders, stock and production times
Stock for some items is limited. Some products are available for dispatch, while others are made to order, particularly larger quantities or specific commercial requests.
- In-stock products: dispatch is normally within 48 hours after payment is confirmed.
- Printed greeting cards: where in stock, they are normally dispatched within 48 hours after payment is confirmed.
- Made-to-order or out-of-stock products: production may require at least 30 days and, for larger or bespoke orders, up to 45 days. The applicable timeframe must be confirmed in writing before payment.
These are estimated preparation or dispatch times, not a guarantee that postal delivery will occur on a particular date. Before an order is confirmed, we will communicate the estimated timeframe applicable to the product and quantity. If we cannot meet an agreed delivery deadline, we will inform you and you may exercise any cancellation or other rights available under the law.
An order is confirmed only after acceptance by the brand and confirmation of payment, unless another process is agreed in writing.
5. Prices, charges and changes
Prices for consumer printed products are those displayed on the website or confirmed in writing before purchase. Any delivery charge must be shown before you confirm the order. The total price and any additional charges will be clearly communicated before the purchase is completed.
Prices may be updated for future orders. A price change does not alter the price of an order already accepted, unless a legally valid agreement with the customer provides otherwise. If a price changes before acceptance, you may choose not to proceed.
Prices for commercial quantities, large orders, bespoke production or artwork licensing may differ and will be supplied in a written quotation. No additional charges will be applied unless accepted by the customer.
6. Payment and proof of payment
Depending on the order, payment methods may include bank transfer to Bank of Ireland, Revolut and cash for an agreed in-person collection. The payment methods available for a specific order will be confirmed before payment.
Beneficiary shown in the supplied bank details: JOAO DA SILVA
Bank: Bank of Ireland
IBAN: IE38 BOFI 903971 90965841
BIC/SWIFT: BOFIIE2DXXX
Revolut: @findb
Payment contact: sales@irelandmygreendiamond.ie · +353 85 737 23 47
Before making a payment, customers should check that the beneficiary name, IBAN, BIC and Revolut identifier match the payment instructions confirmed by Ireland My Green Diamond. If a message appears to change payment details, verify it through an official contact channel before transferring money.
Please send proof of payment by official email or WhatsApp and include your order reference. Proof of payment is used to reconcile the payment with the order. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or full bank-card security details by message.
You are responsible for checking the payee and payment details before authorising a transfer. We cannot guarantee recovery of money sent to an incorrect account or recipient due to the customer’s own error. However, this clause does not exclude any legal responsibility of the business or statutory consumer rights where incorrect information, fraud, an error attributable to the brand or other legally relevant circumstances apply. If you receive a message changing payment details, verify it through an already-known official contact before paying.
7. Postal delivery, partner collection and handover
Postal delivery under these terms is available only within the Republic of Ireland. The stated postal delivery fee is €5 per order, regardless of county, unless a different condition is clearly shown on the website or in a quotation before purchase. The applicable method and cost will be confirmed before payment.
Postal orders are normally sent using the service specified by the brand, such as An Post, to the address supplied by the customer. You must provide the correct full name, postal address and Eircode, together with any useful address reference. An incorrect address may cause delays or a returned parcel; this does not remove your statutory rights where a failure is attributable to the brand or its contracted carrier.
Collection only from registered commercial partner locations
- Personal collection is available only from registered Ireland My Green Diamond partner locations, which may include florists, hotels and other approved partner businesses.
- Collection is free of delivery charges.
- Select an available registered partner collection point for your greeting card from the locations listed or confirmed by the brand. Do not travel until your chosen point and collection arrangement have been confirmed.
- The exact partner name, address, collection day and time must be agreed in advance through the official WhatsApp or email.
- Where available and agreed in advance, a trusted person authorised by Ireland My Green Diamond may hand over the product at the registered partner location, or the product may be left at that partner business for collection.
The brand will provide the customer with the specific partner name, address and collection instructions before collection. Customers should follow those instructions and provide the order details needed to identify the purchase. Responsibility for loss or damage during transport is governed by applicable law; these terms do not transfer to the consumer any risk that legally remains with the seller.
8. Cancellations, returns, refunds and faulty goods
Cancellations and returns are handled in accordance with Irish and EU law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the rules applicable to distance contracts.
Distance purchases and the right to cancel
In general, for an online or other distance purchase, consumers have 14 days from the day they physically receive the goods to notify the trader that they wish to cancel, without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. Where this right applies, the customer must communicate the decision in writing and return the goods within the applicable legal period. The customer may have to pay the direct cost of returning the goods if properly informed of this before purchase.
The right to cancel may not apply, for example, to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, where the legal exception genuinely applies. Calling an item “printed” or “made to order” does not automatically exclude the right to cancel. This exception does not remove rights relating to faulty goods or goods that do not conform to the contract.
Faulty, damaged or non-conforming products
If a product arrives damaged, is faulty or does not match the agreement, contact us as soon as possible through the official channels, describe the issue and, if possible, attach photographs. We will assess the issue and address the statutory remedies that apply, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the circumstances and the law.
A change-of-mind return must not be confused with a claim about a fault or lack of conformity. We may assess the condition of a returned item, but cannot refuse a statutory right merely because the customer opened the packaging or reasonably inspected the product. Damage caused by misuse, an accident or handling beyond what is necessary may be considered to the extent permitted by law.
How to contact us
Email sales@irelandmygreendiamond.ie or WhatsApp +353 85 737 23 47. Include your name, order reference, purchase date and whether you are exercising the right to cancel or reporting a fault. Keep a copy of your message and proof of purchase.
Where a refund is due, it will be processed within the legal timeframe and, as a rule, using the same payment method unless a valid alternative is agreed. Statutory refund and return deadlines take precedence over any internal timeframe set by the brand.
9. Intellectual property and artwork use
According to information supplied by the brand, the artwork, visual compositions and creative elements associated with Ireland My Green Diamond were created and developed by João Carlos da Silva de Labernarde and Alesca Leonida da Silva de Labernarde. Legal ownership of each element and any third-party rights must be verified with the relevant rights holders and contracts.
To the extent protected by copyright, design rights, trade marks or other intellectual property laws, creative materials may include:
- illustrations, finished artwork, graphic compositions and designs;
- logos, symbols, ornaments, patterns and visual elements;
- original digital files, source files, editable files and production artwork;
- visual combinations, layouts, promotional materials, product designs and packaging;
- photographs, text, brand identity elements and other creative materials owned by the brand or licensed for its use.
Unless authorised in writing by the rights holder or covered by a valid licence, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, adapt, modify, extract, make publicly available or commercially exploit these materials, in whole or in part, through physical or digital means, beyond what the law permits. Buying a physical greeting card or other product does not automatically transfer copyright or grant a licence to reproduce the artwork or source files.
Any licence to use, adapt, reproduce or commercialise artwork, designs or source files must be agreed in writing and identify the licensed material, purpose, territory, duration, permitted media, exclusivity (if any), fees and other conditions.
Unauthorised use may lead to remedies available under applicable law, including requests to stop the infringement, compensation or other appropriate measures. No claim is made that every infringement automatically results in a specific penalty; consequences depend on the applicable law and the facts.
If you believe published content infringes your rights, contact us through the official channels and provide enough information to identify the material and support your request.
10. Privacy and personal data
Ireland My Green Diamond aims to collect only the information needed to receive, process, confirm, dispatch or deliver orders and handle purchase-related enquiries. Information requested may include your name, address, Eircode, order details, contact details, delivery option and proof of payment.
Purposes and lawful bases
Information may be processed to perform a contract or take steps at your request before a purchase, comply with legal obligations, respond to complaints and protect the business’s legitimate interests. Promotional communications by email or WhatsApp will be separate from order processing and will depend on valid consent where required.
Limited use and retention
We will not use contact details provided for an order to send promotional offers without the required consent. We do not sell customers’ personal data. However, we cannot promise to erase every record immediately after delivery: some order, payment, accounting, complaint or dispute records may need to be retained for legal periods or to establish, exercise or defend claims. Information will be kept only for an appropriate period and securely deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
Sharing with service providers
Where necessary to complete an order, relevant information may be shared with postal or delivery services, hosting and email providers, communication services (including WhatsApp/Meta if used by the customer), banks or payment providers, professional advisers or competent authorities where legally required. Only information necessary for the relevant purpose should be shared.
Your data protection rights
Under the GDPR, subject to legal conditions and exceptions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to certain processing, request data portability where applicable and withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Some records cannot be erased while a legal retention duty applies.
To exercise your rights or ask a privacy question, email sales@irelandmygreendiamond.ie. We will respond within the GDPR time limit, normally one month, subject to permitted extensions. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (DPC): www.dataprotection.ie.
Our separate Privacy & Security Policy explains how personal information is processed, the purposes and lawful bases for processing, sharing with service providers, retention, cookies and the rights available under the GDPR.
11. Offers, advertising and consent
Messages needed to confirm an order, clarify details, provide dispatch updates or resolve an issue are transactional communications and do not, by themselves, constitute consent to marketing.
You will receive offers, campaigns or promotional messages by email or WhatsApp only where the consent required by applicable rules has been given. Consent must be freely given, specific, informed and demonstrable, with no pre-ticked boxes. You may withdraw consent at any time, for example by replying to a message or contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect communications strictly necessary for an order in progress.
12. Liability, security and complaints
You should use official contact channels, check order details and keep your own devices and accounts secure. The brand will take reasonable steps to manage orders and communications, but does not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from technical interruptions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including consumer rights relating to quality, conformity, delivery and refunds, or liability for fraud or other circumstances where exclusion is prohibited.
If a problem arises, please contact us first using the details below, explaining the order and the outcome you seek. We will aim to review the issue clearly and promptly. Consumers retain the right to use any bodies or dispute-resolution mechanisms available under law.
13. Commercial orders, partnerships and licensing
Ireland My Green Diamond welcomes enquiries about partnerships, sponsorships, collaborations, promotion, resale and commercial-volume production. Prices, minimum quantities, lead times, usage rights and delivery conditions will be set out in a written quotation or agreement.
Commercial orders do not automatically include a transfer of copyright, access to source files or the right to reproduce and sell designs. Those rights require a separate, specific written licence or agreement.
14. Governing law and updates
These terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable Irish and European Union law. Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of mandatory protections available under applicable law.
The brand may update these terms to reflect legal, operational or commercial changes. The version published on the website should state the date of the latest update. Changes do not affect rights already acquired or retrospectively alter a confirmed order without a legal basis.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
